Unable To Find Your Serial Number In Your Nuance Dragon Software? Call +1-702-430-6099 For Help.

When you purchase your Nuance Dragon software, you receive a unique serial code through mail or along with the copy of your original dragon software. Serial number is required during the installation process of Dragon software in your system.

However, sometimes due to some error or internal issues you might need to reinstall your Nuance Dragon software and for the same you must have the serial number with you. If you are unable to find it then it can hamper the process.

Let’s look for ways on how you can find the serial number of your Nuance Dragon Software.

1.     Check the status of DNS About Screen.

Look at the About screen of your DNS installation for your Dragon NaturallySpeaking serial code. Right-click the DNS symbol in the system tray, select "Help," and then "About NaturallySpeaking." Your DNS serial code should appear on the splash screen. To exit the splash screen, click anywhere on it.

2.     Look in the DNS Installation Folder

If you can't get to the Dragon NaturallySpeaking About screen because of broken installation files, look for your serial code in the DNS installation directory. Double-click the "Nuance," "NaturallySpeaking12," and "Ereg" folders in the "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" folder on your system partition. To get the serial code, double-click the "Ereg.ini" file and look next to Ser Num.

3.     Check the status of your order over the internet

If you have your Dragon NaturallySpeaking order number saved somewhere safe, go to Nuance.com's Look Up Your Order Web page (link in Resources) and enter it together with the password you generated when you bought your DNS. To learn more about your Dragon NaturallySpeaking purchase, including the serial code, click "Find."

4.     Another way to use DNS to find the Unique Serial Number is to:

Click Start and Run (in Windows XP) or Simply Click Start (in Windows Vista) (For Other OS).

Type REGEDIT into the box and hit Enter.
